Srihitha Madepalli, Editor-In-Chief

Srihitha Madepalli is a junior at Richland High School. This is her third year working for a school newspaper, and first year as the Editor-In-Chief of The Raider Remark. She has earned multiple awards such as Best of Texas, Tops in Texas, and SNO. Outside of school, she loves to listen to music, dance, and hang out with friends and family. She hopes to expand her knowledge and skills of writing and photography through The Raider Remark.

Elizabeth Cohorn, Assistant Editor

Junior Elizabeth Cohorn can be found dancing as a line member on the Raider Revel Drill Team, completing her annual goal of reading 50 books, baking, and listening to music. This is her second year working on a newspaper team but her first being an assistant editor on staff. She joined The Raider Remark because of her passion for writing. Her love for writing started in third grade with her first short story titled “Kindness Counts” and as a member of the staff, she is most excited about writing feature articles.

Heather Davis, Assistant Editor

Sophomore Heather Davis is a swimmer and player for the Richland Varsity Swim and Water Polo teams. She loves reading, writing, poetry, and shopping online for jewelry. This is her second year on a newspaper staff but her first time on the editorial board. She joined the newspaper team because of her love of all things writing, and to hone her writing and photography skills. She first started writing when she won an Honorable Mention award at the Collin County Poetry Contest in 2023.

Kaden Wortham, Reporter

Kaden Wortham is a sophomore who hopes to pursue a career as a graphic designer or AV specialist. Wortham joined The Raider Remark to gain experience as a sports reporter; a field where he can refine his skills. He is certified in Adobe InDesign and aims to acquire more certifications to further his skills. In his free time, he enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and watching movies.
