Richland girls basketball team after UIL Class 4A Division I state semifinals. This was a huge accomplishment for only being their first year in the program. "The key factor for our success was the standard we set for ourselves early on because of it being a new school," sophomore Katherine Taylor said. "It wasn't just about talent, it was about our work ethic we put in for every practice and the relentless effort we brought to every game."
